Kate Syverson, Improvement Advisor with Sanford Health Quality and Safety, collaborates with clinic leadership, providers, and healthcare teams in the ambulatory setting to support the transition to value-based care. She facilitates the development of quality measure strategies, resources, workflow development, and education. She is a member of the North Dakota Colorectal Roundtable and co-leads the Screening and Early Detection Workgroup. She has been with Sanford Health for nearly 10 years, working as a social worker and Integrated Health Therapist prior to joining the Quality team. She has a Master’s in Social Work and recently became certified in Healthcare Quality. Kate resides in Fargo with her husband, their two children and yellow Labrador, Brinkley.
